memberships are valid for 28 days, commencing from your date of purchase.
by purchasing a membership you are committing to a minimum of 3 months of auto payments.
members can attend up to 2 classes per day. should unlimited members exceed there 28 credits per pay cycle, an additional $30 will be charged to your account.
if you have used all your class credits you are welcome to purchase casual classes until your next autopay.
classes not used within the time frame will not roll into the new period. all classes should be redeemed within the 28 days.
all memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients.
extensions will not be granted if members do not use the classes in the given time period unless for medical reasons. a medical certificate may be required.
memberships will continue with scheduled auto payments unless notified in writing.
if your monthly payment declines due to card issues, insufficient funds or security ( without prior notice to admin), a dishonour fee of $15 is autocharged for the cost of resolving the issue.
a $15 fee will be charged for every week the payment remains unresolved.

casual packs.
packs are valid for either 30 or 90 days commencing from your first booked class.
all classes should be redeemed within the 30 or 90 days period.
all packs purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. extensions will not be granted if member does not use the classes in the given time.
all purchases are final and NFP does not offer refunds for accidental purchases.
all class bookings must be made via the NFP app or directly through the NFP website.
bookings can be made up to 28 days in advanced.
unlimited trial.
2 week unlimited trials are valid for 14 days commencing from your first booked class. all bookings must be made within the 2 week period.
your trial will activate from your first booked class.
1 class per day, for 14 days.
The “Intro Offer” can only be purchased once per person.
all trials purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients. extensions will not be granted if member does not use the pass in the given time period unless for medical reasons. a medical certificate may be required.

All prices are subject to annual increases and periodic reviews. NFP reserves the right to adjust pricing at its discretion, with notice provided to customers in advance of any changes.

If multiple packs are purchased they will remain at the regular pack offer of 5/10/15.

if a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist.
once a space becomes available you will receive a push notification that you have been added into the class.
when adding yourself to the class you are committing to attend.
it is the members responsibility to check if a space is available via there NFP app under profile > notifications.
you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend.
please ensure you have enabled notifications on your app as no exceptions will be made for no shows.

cancellations of classes must be made more than 12 hours prior to the class start time. This allows for other members on the waitlist to attend the class.
all cancellations must be submitted via the NFP app or website. calls / texts / social media DM’s will not be accepted.
late cancellations will result in loss of class that will automatically be deducted from your memberships or packs.
if you do not show up to your booked class, you will lose your session & be charged a $15 no show fee. NFP reserves the right to deduct the money from your nominated account.
if you are an unlimited member & late cancel you will be charged $15 for a no show. NFP reserves the right to deduct the money from your nominated account.
NFP reserves the right to cancel classes should there be less than 3 people. You will be notified 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. NFP will refund the class & reschedule you into another time of your selection.
NFP reserve the right to change the instructor of the class without notice, in the event that instructor is unable to attend the class.

spend changes.
members must have completed 12 weeks on their membership prior to being able to lower the spend.
any changes to lower a spend require a 7 day notice period prior to their next auto payment date.
changes are not able to be made on a monthly basis, members are committing to a new 12 weeks should they change their spend down.
members increasing their spend need to do so before their next scheduled payment, & will be committing to a further 12 weeks on this membership;.
suspending.
If for any reason you need to temporarily suspend your membership, NFP requires 7 days’ notice prior to your suspension start date.
suspensions under a 7 day period will not be considered.
no more than 2 suspension periods will be granted over a 12 month period. ( from calendar year)
NFP will suspend your membership for a maximum of 28 days. Suspension requests beyond 28 days will be charged at an additional $15 per week.
If you require a suspension for medical reasons please provide a medical certificate from your GP, suspension under 7 days will not be considered.
anything beyond 60 days is considered a membership cancellation unless agreed upon with NFP.
cancelling.
if you wish to cancel your membership, 14 days’ notice must be provided in writing.
we recommend you try to make this fall within your billing cycle.

We want everyone to enjoy their experience at NFP, in our fresh and relaxed studio, so we ask all to be respectful of our NFP Community.
all members must follow Pilates Instructors lawful directions and not demonstrate disruptive behaviour (inappropriate behaviour that interferes with the functioning of the class and hinders or prevents the Instructor from carrying out their duties).
we ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to the class commencing. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you may not be permitted entry for your own safety, & also causing disruption to others.
all members must bring socks to class, preferably with grip. If you do not bring your own socks, you will be required to purchase a pair of NFP socks at a cost of $15 for health & hygiene purposes.
please ensure your mobile phone is switched off or on aeroplane mode.
NFP provides hand sanitiser, and request everyone sanitise their hands before and after class.
all members are expected to disinfect their used equipment after every class. Disinfectant wipes will be provided by NFP.
as much as we love kids, childcare facilities are not provided, and children are not permitted in our studio.
you must be over the age of 16 to attend a class.
if you have a pre-existing injury or have physical limitations, you must advise NFP and provide a medical clearance as indicated in the FAQ’s.
health and wellbeing.
the health and safety of NFP members, staff, visitors and the community are most important and measures have been put in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 in line with the best available health advice.
clients must comply with NFP safety plan in relation to COVID-19 which is based on WA state government guidelines and latest health advice.
in the best interest of the NFP community, a failure to adhere to safety, health and wellbeing guidelines as communicated by NFP, without a justified exemption, may lead to termination of membership or a refusal to enter NFP workplace.
a failure to comply with NFP terms and conditions may lead to a termination of membership or refusal into nfp workplace. These terms and conditions are specified in the Mindbody app for member review and acceptance.

you are able to attend all classes up until 16 weeks. please notify your instructor prior to class
beyond 16 weeks we ask that you only attend the fundamental classes to ensure the safety of yourself and bub.
please advise NFP and provide a medical clearance from your GP as indicated in the FAQ’s.
new members
if you have never done pilates before we ask that you seek medical clearance with a GP prior to coming to class.
once you have the all clear you are welcome to attend our Fundamental classes throughout your pregnancy. ( as recommended by your GP)
