We are qualified Pilates Instructors who are trained to modify exercises if a pre-existing injury exists, or if there are physical limitations. We are not qualified to make medical assessments or provide medical care, so if you have a pre-existing injury, we ask you to have a medical clearance from your health care provider before attending our classes.
Before the class begins, please approach your Pilates Instructor and disclose any pre-existing injuries, limitations or concerns you may have. We welcome you to attend our group Pilates classes, but please keep in mind they are group classes and should you require extra attention, a Private 1:1 Reformer session may be better suited. We are more than happy to discuss options with you.
